Therapy is an investment in your well-being—one that involves time, energy, and financial resources. At The Love Seat Counseling & Life Coaching, our goal is to support you in becoming the healthiest version of yourself.
Our fees are based on each therapist’s licensure status, expertise, advanced training, and education. We operate on a fee-for-service basis, which means clients pay directly for each session rather than going through insurance.
Session Rates
At The Love Seat Counseling & Life Coaching, session fees vary depending on the therapist’s level of experience and licensure. Below is a breakdown of our rates for standard therapy sessions, as well as intake sessions for new clients.
Your intake session is your very first therapy appointment. It’s where we take time to get to know you—your story, your goals, and what you hope to get out of therapy. This session lays the foundation for our work together and helps us tailor the experience to your needs.

About Our Therapists
Founder & Director: A fully licensed therapist and Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist with advanced training in complex trauma and relationship dynamics. She also provides supervision and leadership across the practice. She is the primary provider for Couples Intensives.
Fully Licensed Therapists: These professionals hold a master’s degree in counseling or a related field, have completed 3,000 supervised clinical hours, and are independently licensed. They work closely with the Founder & Director for ongoing case consultation and support.
Licensed Associate Therapists: These therapists are in the process of completing the required 3,000 supervised hours toward full licensure. They are under clinical supervision and collaborate with the Founder & Director for ongoing case consultation and support.

Cancelation Policy
To best serve all our clients, we require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) are subject to the full session fee. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us manage our therapists’ time and offer availability to others in need.
