Individual Counseling: Expert Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma Therapy Services

Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) is the approach we use for counseling individuals. One-on-one therapy allows you to speak to someone in confidence in a safe environment. Therapy can be a powerful experience as such, it is important to have a guide through the process.

Potential reasons you might want individual counseling: anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, trauma, family of origin issues, co-dependency, emotional struggles, problems setting boundaries, nightmares, unresolved pain, substance addiction, lack of direction for the future, individual affair recovery, grief, current relational distress, workplace-related stress, postpartum, personal insecurities, self-esteem issues and navigating difficult life changes. Individual counseling as part of couples therapy or when one spouse is unwilling to come to therapy.
