Group therapy is a powerful tool for growth and change. In process groups, 8-10 individuals meet to share their struggles and concerns with a trained group therapist. It is a great healing experience where you connect with others who understand your unique struggles. It is an empowering way to start healing and fostering positive change. Group support provides a safe, affirming space where your emotions are respected without judgment as everyone seeks peace together in their mental health journey.
The power of process groups lies in the unique opportunity to receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement, and feedback from other individuals in a safe and confidential environment. These interpersonal interactions can provide you with an opportunity to deepen your level of self-awareness, explore your emotions and learn how to relate to others.
