Currently accepting new virtual clients across Texas

Hello, and welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

Relationships tell a story. They hold pain, regret, longing, nostalgia, turmoil, and beauty, often all at once. In my work, I walk alongside individuals and couples as we gently explore layers of pain, longings, and relationship patterns. I take time to understand the parts of you that may feel misunderstood, disconnected, or stuck in repeating cycles, and I believe meaningful change happens when relational ruptures are repaired and emotional bonds are strengthened.

I have a particular interest in supporting couples and individuals navigating communication breakdowns and ongoing conflict, affair, infidelity, and betrayal recovery, challenges with emotional or sexual intimacy, and relationship transitions such as parenthood and major life changes. My work is grounded in compassion, connection, and a deep respect for the complexity of relationships and family systems.

Much of my work focuses on couples therapy, helping partners slow down conflict cycles, express emotions and needs more clearly, and rebuild trust and connection. My goal is to equip clients with the skills to communicate with honesty and care, without fear of judgment, so that relationships can feel safer, more secure, and more emotionally connected.

My clinical approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and informed by the Gottman Method, with elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) woven into the work. Together, we identify emotional patterns, explore attachment needs, and practice new ways of responding to one another with clarity and compassion. My therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and attentive. I strive to listen deeply, validate your lived experience, and offer encouragement and affirmation throughout our work together.

My clinical perspective is deeply informed by my work with families during major life transitions, including early parenthood and shifts in family roles. These experiences shaped my understanding of attachment, emotional development, and the importance of supporting individuals and couples as they navigate change. This lens continues to ground my counseling work in compassion, connection, and a deep respect for the family journey.

My hope is that therapy becomes a supportive and empathetic space where you can explore personal growth, self-awareness, self-acceptance, and healthier communication with the people you love most. Beginning therapy can feel daunting, and taking this step is meaningful and courageous.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, where I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling. I have experience working with couples and families and am Gottman Level 1 certified. I am currently working toward certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy under the supervision required for licensure.

Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me with my nose in a good book, gathered around a table enjoying meaningful conversation and good food, or running along the Trinity Trail.
