If you can feel it, you can heal it.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate serving couples and individuals in Fort Worth, Texas and virtually across the state. I have a passion for helping people heal, reconnect, and grow. I believe that where we stand is not where we have to remain. Without consistent examples of healthy relationships, we may carry forward patterns that create disconnection, even when we genuinely desire closeness and connection.

As a psychosociospiritual therapist, I view healing through a holistic lens, honoring the connection between your emotional experiences, your relationships, and your inner sense of meaning. I specialize in couples therapy, helping partners understand the deeper emotions that shape their thoughts, behaviors, and connection. Together, we work to repair wounds, strengthen communication, and rebuild intimacy, both emotionally and physically.

My approach is collaborative, intentional, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we slow things down to better understand what is happening beneath the surface so that change is not just temporary but lasting. In our work together, we will identify patterns, deepen emotional awareness, and build practical tools that support healthier ways of relating to yourself and to your partner. I draw on mindfulness and evidence-based practices to help you respond differently to stress, conflict, and emotional pain.

My goal is to help you move from disconnection to understanding, from reactivity to intention, and from feeling stuck to experiencing clarity, confidence, and deeper connection.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 10 years as a social worker supporting families in crisis. That experience led me to shift from providing temporary solutions to offering deeper, lasting emotional support. My personal journey has also shaped my work. After experiencing the sudden loss of my husband, I understand firsthand how important it is to have compassionate support during life’s most difficult moments. It is my honor to walk alongside others as they navigate healing, growth, and connection.

Outside of the therapy space, I am a proud soccer and cheer mom. I love live music and performances, tending to my garden, getting lost in a good book, and expressing creativity through painting.

Who I Work Best With

I work best with couples and individuals who are open to looking inward and engaging in deeper emotional exploration. You may feel stuck in familiar patterns, disconnected from your partner, or overwhelmed by emotional or relational challenges, but you know something needs to shift. My clients are willing to explore their emotions, gain new perspectives, and develop tools to better navigate stress, conflict, and connection. You do not have to have all the answers, just a willingness to be present, curious, and engaged in the process.
