Imagine transforming your relationship from a source of stress into a source of strength. I’m here to help turn that vision into reality. Whether you’re feeling stuck in the same arguments, struggling with trust after a rupture, or longing for deeper intimacy, you don’t have to face it alone. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you and your partner can slow down, truly hear one another, and begin to rebuild connection and closeness.
I believe intimacy—both emotional and physical—is at the heart of thriving relationships. I specialize in working with couples who feel caught in cycles of conflict, distance, or disconnection. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help partners move beyond negative patterns to create secure, lasting bonds. I am currently completing advanced training to become a Certified Sex Therapist, which equips me to support clients in navigating challenges around sexual connection, desire differences, and physical intimacy. I also work closely with couples moving through affair recovery, guiding them as they rebuild trust and create a renewed sense of closeness.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years building a successful career in the dental field. But the birth of my youngest daughter, who was born with a disability, became a profound turning point in my life. Navigating the challenges and joys of that journey opened my eyes to the emotional complexity of life transitions and the deep inner work they often require. Through that experience, I discovered my passion for walking alongside others as they face their own pain, change, and healing. This calling led me to pursue a career in Marriage and Family Therapy—a space where couples and individuals can find understanding, resilience, and connection.
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Woman’s University, where I trained at UT Southwestern. I am currently enrolled in the Sexual Health Alliance, where I’m pursuing certification in Couples and Sex Therapy. Whether you’re seeking to repair after betrayal, deepen intimacy, strengthen your connection as a couple, or explore personal growth as an individual, I’m committed to walking alongside you.
When I’m not in session, I enjoy staying active with my family, getting lost in a good book, exploring new restaurants, or binge-watching a great series when I get the chance to slow down.
