My name is Callie Hall, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for walking alongside individuals and couples as they move through pain, healing, and transformation. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
My journey to becoming a therapist is deeply personal. I’ve experienced firsthand the power of healing through therapy—working through childhood trauma and relational wounds gave me a renewed sense of identity, emotional release, and clarity about my purpose. That experience ignited my calling to help others process their own most difficult and painful life experiences. I believe with all my heart that healing is possible, and that nothing is irredeemable. I’m passionate about helping clients find reconciliation—within themselves, their stories, and their relationships.
My approach to therapy is warm, intuitive, and hope-centered. I meet each client where they are, recognizing that we all come to therapy with different backgrounds, experiences, and emotional needs. In individual therapy, I tailor my approach to support your unique healing process—whether you’re navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, grief, or life transitions.
In couples therapy, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners recognize negative interaction patterns and deepen their emotional connection. I help couples explore the emotions beneath their patterns and practice new ways of reaching for each other—so they can feel safer, more understood, and more connected. Through this process, couples learn to shift out of disconnection and toward greater emotional safety and secure bonding.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy life with my energetic two-year-old Australian Shepherd. In my free time, you’ll often find me outdoors, enjoying game nights, spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking, crafting, or Friday Night Lights!
